RAD is happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal AED 500. This offer is available for orders shipped within DUBAI only. Certain orders are not eligible for free shipping.

In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available.
FedEx Express takes 5-10 business days and time to pass through customs.*

Our warehouse processes online orders between Sunday and Thursday. Orders placed after 5pm (GMT +4) will not be processed until the following business day. Please be mindful of holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Out of stocks items : in the event that product is out of stock we will call immediately or send an email informing you or order cancellation.
